By the looks, it's not even a question to ask who will win when a way too old legend goes against a young undefeated absolute prime fighter. It's usually called a 'passing the torch' type of fight. But we have this question because there's Manny Pacquiao who has repeatedly defied the odds.
Spence has virtually all the physical advantages. He's bigger, taller, longer, younger and stronger than Manny. Also, Spence is a very durable fighter who can keep the same energy for full twelve rounds.
On the other hand, Manny has more than double the experience. He still has his life-saving speed and power. He's still strong even at age 42. He's seen all types of fighters.
The downside is probably with stamina. Two years ago, he went hard full 12 rounds with then undefeated Keith "One Time" Thurman who was a decade his junior.
However with his longest ever inactivity in 26+ years pro career and at 42, it's in question if he'd come out the same both physically and mentally.

The Texan's got great jab. He needs to keep the distance with his long jab, put Manny at bay and not let Manny get close. It's very likely that he will wear Manny down with body shots early on and catch with power shots and stops Manny in the later rounds when age possibly catches up the legend.
– How Pacquiao beats Spence!
Pacquiao is a quick starter. He'll be very fast and strong in the first half of the fight. Manny needs to invite Spence into a discomfort zone which is 'exchanging punches.' And the Filipino needs to back up the American on the ropes and throw his legendary combos.
Take points early on, pace up in the middle rounds and win one or two Championship rounds and win a decision.
That's how I see the fight playing out. My mind tells me Errol's gonna win but my heart is 100% with Manny versus anybody. 
Whatever the result may be, I am 100% rooting for the Filipino legend Manny Pacman Pacquiao!
The winner will be the Undisputed Number One Pound for Pound!
