HoYoverse games Genshin Impact, Zenless Zone Zero, and Honkai Star Rail offer free rewards for a limited time after bagging several awards in Q4 2024.

And here's how you can claim the respective game's gifts.
Genshin Impact
- Freebie
- A total of Primogem x1000 [Each day, Primogem x200 will be issued through in-game mail from December 4 to 8, 2024, 00:00 (Server Time)]
- Eligibility
- These Primogems can be claimed at any time before the end of Version 5.2. All players who have reached Adventure Rank (AR) 7 or above can claim the in-game mail after logging into the game. The mail will expire after 30 days, so do not forget to claim the rewards in time.
Zenless Zone Zero
- Freebie
- Polychrome x800 will be given to players on December 4, 2024.
- Eligibility
- All proxies who have reached Inter-Knot level 1 and above.
Honkai: Star Rail
- Freebie
- Stellar Jade x1000 will be sent directly to players via in-game mail on December 4, 2024.
- Eligibility
- Until the end of Version 2.7, all players at Trailblaze Level 4 or higher can claim the thank-you reward via in-game mail.
