
Globe Telecom deployed 587 new 5G sites in the Philippines in 2024 to meet the rising demand for high-speed mobile services.
This recent expansion provided 5G coverage to 98.69% of the National Capital Region (NCR) and 96.95% of key cities in Visayas and Mindanao, serving around 106 towns.

The growing dependence of Globe and TM subscribers on fast and dependable connectivity is evidenced by the fact that over 9 million devices connected to Globe's 5G network in December 2024.
Globe's hyper-personalization initiatives are further solidifying its 5G leadership, providing customers with additional opportunities to anticipate as the 5G sector continues to expand.
Further, Globe expanded globally by partnering with 168 inbound and 182 outbound 5G partners in 99 destinations, strengthening its worldwide position.
In 2024, Globe constructed 1,212 new cell sites and upgraded 4,613 mobile sites to LTE. Moreover, 67,456 fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) lines were installed.
